Need to send several receipts, a photographed contract or a stack of scanned pages as one tidy file? This free Image to PDF tool puts your pictures into a single PDF — one picture per page, in the order you choose, on A4 or US Letter pages.
It works with JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos, turns sideways pages the right way, and keeps the file small enough to email. Everything happens in your browser, so your pictures never leave your device. No sign-up, no watermark.
How to use it
- 1Drop your pictures onto the box, or tap "Choose images". Photos, screenshots, scans and iPhone HEIC photos all work.
- 2Put the pages in order by dragging them, or with the arrow buttons. Use the turn button on any page that's sideways.
- 3Pick the page size (A4, US Letter, or the shape of each picture), the margin and the picture quality.
- 4Click "Create PDF". It downloads straight away — one page per picture.

Questions and answers
Are my pictures uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is made inside your own browser, on your phone or computer. Your pictures are never sent to BoltDeck or anyone else — useful for receipts, ID documents and contracts.
How big will the PDF be?
With "Balanced" quality, usually 200–500 KB per photo, so a 10-page PDF is often 2–5 MB — small enough to email. "Small file" makes it smaller still; "High" keeps the most detail for printing large.
Which page size should I choose?
A4 is the standard in Norway, Europe and most of the world; US Letter is used in the USA and Canada. "Fit to picture" makes every page exactly the shape of its picture, with no white bands — good for photo albums and screenshots.
Why is one of my photos sideways?
Some apps save the picture sideways and only mark which way is up. BoltDeck reads that mark, so phone photos are normally right — but if a scan or picture is still turned wrong, press the turn button on that page.
Can I add more pictures afterwards?
Yes. Drop more pictures at any time; they're added at the end and you can move them. Then click "Create PDF" again.
Is the photo's location saved in the PDF?
No. Each picture is redrawn from its pixels before it goes into the PDF, so EXIF details like GPS location and camera model are left out.
